This package price includes the following: 

• 21" Reinforcer Wheel Powder Coated Gloss Black
• American Elite 130/60-21 Wheel (Other tire options available)
• ABS Bearing (14 up models will require the reflex bearing that is 29.95 more)
• Lift Brackets for 14-19 Models
• Uses stock style rotors so 08-13 models will be required to purchase the stainless rotors

This wheel will bolt directly to your 2014 and newer H-D touring bike with all the original hardware, and with the purchase of 11.8" friction rings (coming soon) you can install this directly to your 2008-2013 H-D with NO modifications!
