* 107ci to Big bore 124in. piston kit for Milwaukee 8 when using 4.250in. Bore Cylinders
* No head modification required.
* Anodized top ring groove and crown.
* Line2Line abradable skirt coating applied to .003in. total thickness for a Zero initial fit to allow coating to hone in for a tight quiet running clearance.
* OE style Round Wire Locks are easily installed
* Premium Hastings 1.5mm 1.5mm 3.0mm Steel Ni tride top ring with a Ductile Napier second.
* Forced wrist pin oiling
*Heavy duty wrist pins with true .9270" diameter to fit rods correctly
* Type 3-had anodized crown offers corrosion resistance for alcogol-added fuels. Eliminates micro-welding of ring to the groove and gives hard-flat surface for ring to rotate on.
*Valve pockets are designed to accept up to +4mm oversized intake and exhaust valves.
* Complete kit includes: 11.4:1 CR two pistons, rings, wrist pins and clips.
Tech Tips:-
* Follow Ring Eng Gap & Piston to Cylinder Clearances as per the supplied Manufacturers Instructions.
* The 4.250in. bore will net 124in. with a 11.4:1 compression ratio with a stock cylinder head.
* Valve Pockets designed to accept up to a +4mm oversized intake and exhaust valves.
* Requires Daytona in.Drop Inin. 4.250in. bore cylinders #DS09310823
* No Case machining required.
