WARRANTY:

All Protorque products, when properly installed in the application for which they are intended under normal use, are

warranted by Protorque against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of sale to the

original purchaser or end user.

Protorque’s warranty is limited to the replacement of defective units only and does not cover labor or any other consequential

damages or expenses including freight. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liability and Protorque

neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its

products or merchandise.

For Protorque to accurately inspect defective items for warranty consideration, we ask that all returns are packaged carefully

and shipped to our facility freight pre-paid within the stated warranty period. All returns must have a Return Authorization #

(SEE BELOW) on the outside of the package. Returns must be accompanied by a brief explanation of the product’s alleged

defective nature with a dated copy of the original dealer sales note.

Stock adjustments are offered at a 2 for 1 offsetting order (Net dollar amount).
